Please try to be as self-sufficient as possible by using the information provided here, we will have IT support and such BUT it will be extremely busy in the morning.

General Information
Arrive from 8.15am
Sign-in/Registration at MPC building – Everyone must sign-in and collect your name badge! (OHS strict policy)
- If you need to drop off materials for your Expo session
- stop near the MPC, Sign-in at the registration desk, collect nametag, confirm the area you are assigned, drop off materials.
- then park your vehicle in the car parks (see map).
- or park in the parking area and check in as above.

- 9.15am Participants start arriving
- 9.45am Participants Welcome – day begins
- 9.55am Keynote Speaker – Dr Naomi Paxton, MedTech Innovator, Propel Health AI
- 10.25am All Participants move to Expo (60 minutes): expect 400 to 450 pax
- 11.25am to 11.45am Light lunch provided
- 11.50am to 12.30pm Rotation Two (40 minutes)
- 12.35pm to 12.45pm Break
- 12.50pm to 2.00pm Rotation Three (70 minutes)
- 2.05pm Feedback form, prize draw for teacher STEM passport, close of conference address
- 2.15pm End of conference

STEM Expo and Workshop presenters
Sign in first, then set up in the assigned rooms before joining the conference opening. **You are welcome and encouraged to attend the keynote!**
STEM EXPO presenters: you are in the MPC building – same place as the Keynote – be set up by 9.30am

- Bring your own trestle cloths, extension cords and power boards if you are using power. There are power access points near the tables of those who have told us they require power.

- Be set up by 9.30am to not disturb the conference opening and keynote speaker
- Note: Be aware that there will be students ranging from Year 4 to 10 in the EXPO who will visit your activities.
- Expect 400 to 450 attendees (teachers and students)

- You will need to bring your own laptops and presentation clickers.
- Each classroom has a dock with a HDMI cable to enable you to connect to the local TV / projector.
- You will need to have a laptop with a HDMI port to connect.
- MAC laptops users will need their own cable and appropriate dongle to connect using the HDMI cables available in the classes.
- VIVI is also available if you wish to connect without needing a HDMI cable or Dongle (see Presenter Instructions doc.)
- IT staff will be available in the morning to assist. Each classroom has a phone. Please dial ext. 1066 for the IT Service Desk (or call 07 3897 2132)
40 minute DigiDesign and Teacher Mini-Masterclass session presenters: Arrive by 10.45am, arrive with enough time to park, find your room, and set up
